• Full Registration Cost = $150 for Tackle football and $80 for flag football (please contact us for family discounts)

• Download, print and complete all forms attached to this page. 

• All attached forms must be completed and turned in no later than the first practice. 

• After you have filled out the registration form, you will receive an invoice via email within 1-2 days.  There will be a link that allows you to pay with credit or debit card.  If you want to pay cash, please bring full payment to the  team meeting and you must attend the meeting in person to pay cash.  We will have Pay Pal and Venmo as option to pay.
